General information

Pond Cph cannot guarantee that all styles, items and sizes are in stock. We will contact you via email or phone if a problem regarding your order occurs. Please make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number when placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of price irregularities or missing stock.

Shipping

We ship once a day on weekdays so your order will be quickly on its way. Please see our FAQ for further shipping information.

Security

All purchases on pondcph.dk are processed through a secure SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). Your personal information will be kept confidential and will never be disclosed to a third party.

The information you disclose when signing up for our newsletter and creating an account will only be used within Pond Cph when processing an order and in the marketing of our products.

Pre-orders

When you buy products on pre-order, you accept to pre-pay the entire order, and that delivery will take longer than usual. The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product order page. Please be aware that shipping dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-orders can be cancelled until dispatch from our warehouse. Cancelled pre-orders are entitled to a full refund before shipment.

Have you both put stocked and pre-ordered items in your basket? Then your entire order will only be shipped when all your items are in stock. If you wish to have your stocked items delivered immediately, you must place your orders separately.

Complaints

Any purchase on pondcph.dk/.com is eligible for complaints up to 24 months. Please contact us immediately with any complaints regarding missing, wrong or damaged items at sos@pondcph.dk.

Payment

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and the following credit cards:

Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA/Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.

The amount will be deducted from your account when you receive the order confirmation.

Non EU customers

All prices on pondcph.dk/.com include Danish VAT. Please note that special terms apply when shipping to Great Britain.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Return policy

We offer free returns and full refunds on all purchases within 30 days after you received your product.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we cannot accept your return.

Please contact us stating your order number and reason for return.

Once you register your return, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label.

Please make sure to ship your return parcel back to us within 7 days after receiving your label, as the label may expire after that.

Note that the original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. However, we offer free returns on all purchases within 30 days after you received your product.

Please contact us stating your order number and reason for return and we will supply you with a free return shipping label.

Intellectual Property

All rights, including property rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in connection with Pond Cph products, trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Pond Cph. Pond Cph's trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Pond Cph or Pond Cph’s suppliers. The customer may not change or remove any statement regarding copyrights, trademarks or any other rights included in Pond Cph's products. The customer cannot sell, distribute, license, rent out, lease, lend, pledge or in any other way assign or hand over these licences and rights of use to any third party without the prior written consent of Pond Cph. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any content obtained from, through or on this services, in whole or in part.

Force Majeure

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.

Confirmation

By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
